The terms of your assessment.

The Dr Vahe Longevity Assessment is a doctor-led preventative health assessment. It includes a health questionnaire, a blood draw at our Chelsea clinic, laboratory analysis, a Blood Age Score and biological-age estimate, and a results consultation with a GMC-registered doctor. What is included in each tier is described on our pricing page.

The assessment is a preventative health and wellness service. It does not replace NHS screening programmes, emergency care or ongoing care from your GP. Please keep attending NHS screening when invited, and contact your GP, NHS 111 or 999 for any new or urgent symptoms.

If your results show something that needs further investigation, your doctor will explain this and recommend next steps, which may include referral to your GP or a specialist.

The Dr Vahe Longevity Assessment is a preventative health and wellness service. The Blood Age Score and biological-age estimate are tools to communicate and track your health, not a medical diagnosis. This service does not replace NHS screening programmes or care from your GP. Results are interpreted by a GMC-registered doctor.

• You can book online through our secure booking system, by phone or by email.
• Please give accurate health information in your questionnaire, so your doctor can assess you safely.
• Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will offer you a new time or a full refund of anything you have paid for that appointment.

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling on our website at the time you book.
• We accept card payments and Klarna.
• If you pay with Klarna, your payment plan is an agreement between you and Klarna, under Klarna's own terms. Klarna may run checks before approving it.
• Elite 360 membership can be paid annually or monthly, as shown on our pricing page.

• Blood results for the core assessment are usually ready within 7 working days of your blood draw.
• Some add-on tests, such as epigenetic or microbiome panels, take longer; the expected time is shown on each test page.
• Your results are explained by a GMC-registered doctor in your results consultation.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Your biological-age estimate and Blood Age Score are tools to help you understand and track your health; they are not a diagnosis and we cannot guarantee any particular health outcome.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you give us, or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
